aka no, which is exactly what I already knew anyway.
"same DRM" doesn't have to mean it is designed the exact same way. All that really matters is the end result, which is DRM restricting you from playing.

aka no.
There is no DRM in PS3... you can't download in more than 5 or 2 consoles the game... there is no online check in at all... there is no DRM... it is just you can download the game to only a number fix of consoles (if you desactivate one console you can download in another).
PS4 have DRM for secondary accounts.
PS. There is no console DRM in PS3... of couse some games implemented it's own DRM.

I'll explain it in a simpler way.
These people had KI purchased on a few accounts (or maybe even one according to some people) and were trying to get it going on multiple consoles offline, some of which had the correct account logged in and the correct rights to the digital content, some did not. So eventually the game paused and booted them to the home screen to get them to verify the account. Basically they were trying to play the game on as many consoles as possible with as few purchases as possible, going the cheap route.
Could they have accomplished their goal on 360? No. DRM would have prevented it. Max would be 2 consoles.
Could they have accomplished it on PS3? No. DRM would have prevented it. Max would be 2 consoles.
Could they have accomplished it on PS4? No. DRM would have prevented it. Max would be 2 consoles.
