It's ok. Disapointing if your a big Paper Mario fan. Cause it has no lvling system of secondary characters to help you on your quest. Also a bad story. The combat tho will seem terrible at first but the sticker system slowly grew on me and by the end I really liked it. Also it has one of the best humor. That's why it's ''ok''. I'd give it a 7/10. Yes it's worth 10$.

Generally people seem to say it's a letdown if you're a Paper Mario fan, great if you're a fan of Nintendo games in general. Haven't played it myself personally, but for $10 I would bite.

Damn... I actually loved that game! Once you stop expecting it to be a Paper Mario and more of an adventure game (like Zelda), it's good. Battles mean nothing though, and all RPG elements are stripped. It's considered the worst Paper Mario by many, but I like it more than Super Paper Mario, doesn't even touch the first two. Then again, I really enjoyed it... 9.3/10

Edit: The thing is, like Rol said, the game had SOOOOO much potential. The creaters wanted it to be like a full blown sequel to Thousand Year Door, with partners and RPG elements, BUT... Miyamoto stepped in and axed it. Check the Ask Iwata.

Given what I expected from a Paper Mario game, I wasn't disappointed. It could have been better, but it had most of what I wanted in there. I would say the people who think the game is bad only think so because they thought that all Paper Mario should be is an RPG with an "open world" and a stronger emphasis on story and having partners.

While I'm not against any of those things, that isn't what I felt was the essence of Paper Mario. Paper Mario is more about the environment than anything else, and that aspect is arguably stronger in Sticker Star than any of the other Paper Mario games.

Piece of shit, especially when compared to Thousand year door. Thank god I decided to borrow this one from a friend, played it for all of two hours before giving it back. Worst Nintendo-published game in years.

I didn't enjoy it, but I only played it for a few hours before I decided to sell it. It wouldn't hurt to try it for $10, as you would probably be able to get most of your money back from selling it if you don't like it.

It's good at the beginning, but then it starts to get ridiculous at World 2.

I thought it was good. Surprised to see so much negativity about it. Dont really understand the trash comments either. Funky barn 3ds is trash, combat of dinosaurs is trash, asphalt racing is trash, paper mario is not.
