Anyway it's about damn time that they put the Club Nintendo rewards.

Two similar answer in poll to skew results, what a stupid poll.

I'd say Nintendo are out of touch with the market, and are out of touch with how to market themselves, so I went for the top option--despite the fact that Nintendo providing a genuine alternative being one reason why I buy and enjoy their hardware.

Nintendo of America had the right idea in turning up to VGX, but turned up with the wrong footage and game to promote. I don't know if that's their fault, or if Nintendo Japan only authorised Reggie to show something from Donkey Kong, rather than giving them permission to show new footage of another game. It has to be said though, that VGX was by and large a disaster for gaming in general: a moronic festival of all things dudebro, it's definitely not reflective of what gaming is now. So while DK was absolutely the wrong title, Nintendo had the right idea in that they need to promote their products more--but I also don't rate VGX as a venue for videogame advertisement.

In broader terms, the initial struggle of 3DS, and the continuing severe struggle for Wii U, answer the question for us: Nintendo are absolutely out of touch because their home console is not finding an audience. The market just isn't interested, and that's a sure sign that Nintendo are out of touch in that respect. I don't think VGX is the epitome of this as some people do; the epitome is surely the simple fact that Nintendo have wasted an entire year with Wii U.

So you created an account just to write that, then?

I feel so wanted!

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.

The Club Nintendo rewards are Mario Picross and Starship Defense for the 3DS. For the Wii U we have Ballon Fight and Super Mario Bros 2: The Lost Levels.

I was expecting better games . The ones we got are good though, Mario Picross and Super Mario Bros 2: The Lost Levels are the highlights of this month's rewards.

Is this thread broken? Or just me?

Someone said Wii Fit U was delayed. If so..then....

I think it's just you...

And I've not heard anything about Wii Fit u being delayed above what we already knew. But that was a fair few weeks ago.

Did the Streetpass Plaza bring anything new other than connecting the purchases with NNID? If it even did that, the eShop should already have taken care if it.

I want new puzzles for 3D World and ALBW, even though I miss a lot of pink ones from Dillon's rolling western.

Yep.

Seems like nothing for me too. At least Wii U virtual console games are starting to show in rewards now.

3DS News: December 10, 2013

Hello, I am new and just wanted to say hello to the Nintendo community.

It's been a few weeks that I have a daily look here to get some news (good or bad) about Nintendo. Thanks for the good job.

See you guys.
