This is true, I work at Gamestop. People kept coming in swearing that our automated Reservation Calls said they could pick up the PS4 controllers/PS4 Eye/Killzone SF. We knew we could for the accessories but thought no way could we sell Killzone SF because we hadn't even recieved it yet. An email later, and opened a few shipment boxes to find our allocation of KZSF waiting so we started throwing them at whomever needed them.

I think its smarter to sell anything that is available BEFORE the console launches. Yet stupid that they kept this a secret or didn't plan this out better :/

Good idea, GAME are doing a similar thing in the UK where you can get stuff done before release date to ease the lines. Nov 15th - 29th is gonna be huuuge for retailers.
