ok cool. thanks for clarifying. Shipped 29 sold 23 or around 23 I should say since its nothing concrete. I would say the sales should be higher than 23 though with 29 shipped. Thats a lot of copies on store shelves

Wouldnt that be Tetris? Its MP and has over 100m in sales. Thats going to be hard for any game to beat.

Wii U continues to stand its ground. :)
After so many weeks in the 20-40k range, it feels good to see it over 60k.

I think you misread his post. He said it needs to get just over 40m to be the second highest selling game. 40.26, for example, is just over 40m.

GTA bundle helped PS3 a lot. Maybe PS3 can reach 10 million this year.

In the case of the huge Nintendo games, none of them were really "only bundled a little", if that's what you mean. In the end, you will probably be able to look at GTAV as the second highest selling game of all time anyway, bundles or not. Only surpassed by a game that was bundled with almost every single Wii console available.

there's still mario bros and a few others before it get's to second place. and GTA is in two platforms.

Of course being bundled doesn't diminish the success of a game. For example, if Sony bundled, I don't know, Fantavision, with every PS2 out there and it sold 160M, could  anyone say that it was not a success?

You'll notice Nintendo fans don't exactly proclaim Face Raiders one of the best-selling games of all time.

Can we even count games that cannot be bought separately? If yes, I'm sure The PlayRoom will sell more.
