No. Reasons why:

-Ps4 and Xbox one coming out soon are much more powerful. Everyone knows power = fun.

-The Vita is currently available.

-Ratchet and Clank Into the Nexus coming out soon will provide you with 100+ hours of entertainment.

-You can get a Wii for like $40 to waggle all you want.

Totally wrong?!! Power its not fun lol

Not sure if serious because of the first point... ._.

LOL!

I'm on Twitter @DanneSandin!

Furthermore, I think VGChartz should add a "Like"-button.

Why would you want a Wii U? Wouldn't you be much happier with an iPad, an hd clone, a bunch of tv remotes, credit card debt, and no offtv play or webtv content? HD Nintendo, not much to say there.  Besides,  theres lotsa original ideas and good gameplay coming for nextgen clones, the Wii U has no games.

mm...kay

i find reverse psychology works better than the direct approach. Humans are contradictory by nature.  We look for holes in logic and find falsehoods, then use the "real" truth.  Plus this question is tiresome, time to spice things up.

If game prices bother you maybe just stick with a 360 or PS3 (sounds like you have one of them). There's a slew of $20-$30 games you can pick up and most new games get discounted after 3-4 months somewhere.

PS4/XB1/Wii U are simply going to have more expensive game prices, there's no getting around it and Nintendo games in general don't drop in price all that often.

sorry but its not my problem if you dont know what is Fun! buy a Nintento to learn

If you like N games (and judging by your gaming history you do), and also enjoy Ubisoft/Sega/Platinum games, you should get the Wii U.

Wii U is somehow dismissed as a N-only console, but there is a decent selection of 3rd party games available. Most of high-profile Ubi stuff is coming to it, it has a definitive version of Deus Ex: HR, Batman, Lego and other stuff.
+ lots of indie games on eshop
+ full Wii backwards compatibility

Personally, with every passing week, WiiU is becoming a better and better proposition.

.

Do you want to play WiiU games? If so then go buy one. If not then wait until there are some games that you want to play.

Sigs are dumb. And so are you!

You're right. I give up. I'm just going to "buy a Nintento".

It's like nobody tries anymore...

I use to like PlayStation the most, and I use to like Sega the most, before that.
Why get a Wii U:

Watch these trailers:

Batman Markham City Armored Edition

ZombiU

Nintendo Land Ninja Castle

Wii U Golf Prototype

That will show an example about what million new ways you can play.

Now for most important reasons to get a Wii U:

The Wonderful 101 (one of the best video games ever made, EVER)

Mario Kart 8

Bayonetta 2

Sonic Racing Transformed with Motion Controls

EarthBound

You can video chat with others for more better help in video games.

5 players local multiplayer in all games including the Call of Duty games (CAN YOU DIG IT)

Star Fox U

Metroid U

You can play most multiplatform games on Wii U as they release.

If sells are good enough, you can play all multiplatform games on Wii U during the entire 8th Gen

Exclusive features in multiplat games as shown in such games as Assassin's Creed 3 on Wii U.

Off the top of my head, that's all I can think of.

It has a HD GPGPU clocked at 800 MHz draining 3 Hz of so of power. It has more then 400 Shader Cores and a Vertex Performence of over 1 Billion Polygons.

It has 1,0XX TFLOPS, but the PS4 has 1,8XX TFLOPS.

It does 1080p in 3D at 60 fps.

I hope I have been of help to you.

For the right people, it is definitely worth buying.

It is near the end of the end....
