I believe this is just the beginning of a trend future third party games will most likely be like this, a bt better on the ps4 vs the X1 and a lot better than the wii U which will be running current gen graphics plus some extra features here and there

multiplatform games  could be a lot better on ps4, you have a 40-50% more powerful gpu, and then much faster ram for gaming, the ps4 is like a dream come true for third paryt's. the biggest mistakewith the xbone is the ram choice.

They probably won't so they don't lose money fom the inferior version, unless the ps4 is outselling the X1 by a big margin, the gap will probably be big between exclusives but I think mutiplats will look mostly the same with an edge for the ps4

there is no point in comparing wiiu to next gen systems

But it's not September 29th yet where MS releases the tech info, I just can't wait for the truth to come out....

What truth can't you wait for? that the ps4 is indee stronger. It's been confirmed by so many things, and devs at this point, that it's rediculous. You realize that the fact that Ryse's graphics were downgrades shows that they can barely push 30fps in 900p! We know that the ps4 runs it in 1080p, and we know that the ps4 and the xbox one will have a max in game res of 1080p. We know that the PS4 is doing 1080p as well. So if the res on the xbox one is still "TBD," that means that it will be, at max, the same res. And the the fact that they don't know what res they'll be able to do means that it will likely be in a lower graphics quality than the ps4 even if it is the same res.

Dude, I was being sarcastic..

You sure about that?

You can't get the performance of a next-generation device in a 33 watt chip. It's impossible unless Nintendo magically got a chip like 5-6 years from the future. The XB1/PS4 were always going to destroy the Wii U performance wise.

Nintendo could've made a next-gen chipset if they wanted, but they opted to make something around the concept of low electricity consumpion and a small case.

That's pretty much all there is to it.

I believe Nintendo's goal with the Wii U console was always that "PS3/360-level graphics are good enough, what we're going to do is provide a lower power consumption and smaller casing size". That's the design philosophy and always was going to be because the Wii was so successful using basically a chip comparable to the XBox/GCN, just moderately improved. They were always going to bet on the same overall formula again.

Sort of off topic, but I got my Wii U recently and I'm disappointed with the console's size.  It's roughly the size of a PS3 slim, yet still has the power bar out.  I'd really like to know what happened there.  Especially at 33watt consumption.

Seriously? I thought it's considerably smaller, and thinner, about Super Slim size. You have to also consider that PS3 has a 2,5" HDD inside.

So it is happening...PS4 preorder.

Greatness Awaits!

Its about the same width as the wii but its longer^

You cant seriously believe the complete BS you post can you? Not just this one but all of them.  Its like theres reality, then there is your version of things that doesnt actually fit into it.

Not going to argue with you about it. I just find it hilarious you could be that off that mark with everything you post

I'm all about reality, nothing I said in that post is bs, you probably dont know anything about specs

It wasnt just that post but all of them I see from you. Yeah I know a lot about specs, probably more than you ever will judging from your posts but its not just specs you have issues with

so there is a better chance for wii u version to be more comparable to current gen according to this, what a shame.
