i don't think that this means 16m copies. price is 60 dollars in usa and 60 euro (81 dollars) in europe. in some european countries without euro (sweden as example) and other countries on this planet the price is probably even higher and then there are the special editions which increases the average price even more.

sure, some retailers sell it for less but i think they calculate the msrp and not the price of every single retailer for these statistics.
