Only one system of any kind? That would be very tough. I tend to go Sony console first and Nintendo hand held first with PC ever present in the background. Then likely Nintendo console and maybe Sony hand held or Microsoft console.

Xbox Only, I don't need to game constantly and can go months without a game happily enough. Xbox One alone has more games than I have time for coming up.

I can game exclusively with Nintendo, but I like the Nintendo & Microsoft combo.

I always end up with all three and a handheld but this gen, it's going to be 3DS for my Nintendo fix and either a PS4 or Xbone for my big boy console. This will be the first time in my entire life I don't own a Nintendo console.

I can only do one system, or rather one first party, because my video game life was Nintendo up until 2011. I was very happy with it. But now that I've tasted Sony's medicine, I don't think I could go back to just one company.



 Been away for a bit, but sneaking back in.

Gaming on: PS4, PC, 3DS. Got a Switch! Mainly to play Smash

I buy all platforms every generation. Like video games too much to miss out on good games.

Lol when did I call you stupid?  I said you said something stupid, everyone does, I didn't mean to hurt your feelings but obviously I really offended you since your gonna report me.  You'd rather file a unjustified report than admit you're wrong lol.

I mix it up, I usually get one console for most of the generation and then 5 years down the line I buy the other console I didn't pick up.

I'd like to own every console, so obviously that means I like mixing. In fact, I'm a dude with a Nintendo-related avatar who happens to be a Microsoft-related owner/gamer and is playing Sony-related games at the moment.

 

Restrain yourself to one console may work if you're mainly a person who don't enjoy gaming that much (IE, playing FIFA with friends from time to time), but I doubt you could be happy when there's just games you want to play and are not available on your console.
