I'd like to own every console, so obviously that means I like mixing. In fact, I'm a dude with a Nintendo-related avatar who happens to be a Microsoft-related owner/gamer and is playing Sony-related games at the moment.
Restrain yourself to one console may work if you're mainly a person who don't enjoy gaming that much (IE, playing FIFA with friends from time to time), but I doubt you could be happy when there's just games you want to play and are not available on your console.
