I don't see any problem with that.  Also, you could always buy a carrying case.  Carrying case probably should have been included though.

Good idea, but I don't see why they didn't make it foldable. It looks pretty bad that way. Like something you would get out of a cornflakes box.

It fits in your pocket.

The Vita fits in every pocket I have. Judging by the 2DS's dimensions, especially how tall it is, it wouldn't be able to fit in any of my pockets. Not that it matters, I use it at home anyway.

I remember some people wanting a cheaper 3DS without 3D. There you are, launching with Pokemon and at a 129 price tag.

The Vita can actually fit in my pocket and if I use my slip case, the sticks can't move around.

This thing has no chance of fitting in my pocket. Granted, the sales will probably be there because I can see kids asking their parents for this. Regarding the lack of 3D and why that would appeal to parents, they can set parental controls in the other 3DS models and restrict the 3D feature if parents are concerned about that. The only thing this got right was the price.

My only complaint is battery life. Why didn't Nintendo take this as a chance to improve it?

The DS Lite had a 15-19 hour battery life.

My original fat DS had 6-10 hours (now it only hold 3-4). Imagine how weak a 3.5-6.5 (3DS XL - best 3DS battery) will hold in 5 years? You'll play 2-3 hours before it dies.

Can anyone explain why the 2DS still has a 3D camera? For a system made to cut corners and be cheap, why?
