I am disappointed that the PS4 version doesn't look as good as the PC version.
ethomaz promised PS4 would surpass PC graphics because of programming direct to the metal.

Killzone Shadows Fall looks better than anything on PC... not multiplats.

What I'm reading is that no version runs at that quality |
It's funny, I just watched that video again and I realized that my eyes are already getting used to next gen graphics too much.
Remember back at E3 2012 when we saw the Ubi conference and that Watch Dogs reveal, it was the first time we saw a true, confirmed next gen game. I was so impressed, I was so satisfied with nextgen graphics.
Now my eyes are getting used and I'm not so satisfied anymore. I watched that video on my 55 TV and at times it almost looked like current gen graphics. Yes, the video is YouTube encoded and only 720p, but still. I want it to look better. More clearly next gen. I mean, it still looks amazing but if I have this feeling, what will I think in two years from now? Perhaps the PS4/Xbone gen won't last as long as current gen.
If it's 60fps that would make up for some of it though.

It was considered so good, that "There is no way in hell the Wii U can handle Watch Dogs graphics."

What have you done, a lot of Wii U owners believe it would be much closer to PS4/One version than current gen.

precisely because we haven't seen footage, we should asume it will be much closer to the ps4/xone versions than ps360.

wii u is much closer to ps4/xone than to ps360. so untill footage is shown, the bolded part is the safest bet.

How does that make sense to you? Why would you assume that, when all other multiplats on WiiU look either slightly worse, the same, or slightly better than their PS360 counterparts? |
that's to be espected since those are ports from x360 versions. watch dogs is developed PC first and then downported to everything else. for this reason, it's safe to asume wii u's version is closer to ps4/xone since it's hardware is also closer to those two.
60 fps in an open world game? That's pretty impressive. Anyone with a gaming PC can tell you what kind of power it takes even to run GTA4 maxed out at 60fps (for some reason my PC v-syncs at 57fps in that game) and that game's 5 years old! If people were expecting it to look as good as the PC version on PS4 then I think they have unrealistic expectations of what a $400 piece of hardware can do.

Then why didn't the WiiU version at least match the PC version in the multiplats I mentioned? I still don't see why we would assume as much. And no, I'd say the hardware is closer to PS360 than to Ps4One. Certainly in raw power |
why would they? don't throw random irrelevant questions at me. a port from x360 will look like an x360 game, period.
