Stating your advantages is not trolling.
Insulting, degrading, offending, etc. is trolling.
Saying, "Our competitor's policies have changed, but we were consistent with our policies" is not trolling.
Saying, "Our competitor's aren't smart enough to maintain their policies, but luckily, we have the competence to do so" is trolling.
Do you see the difference?
....
Imagine a paper towel commercial where the narrator says
"Our competitor's brand is only 90% effective, while our brand is 99% effective."
Would you say that is trolling, or simply stating the advantages of your product/service?
