From this list Ocarina of Time, because it is Ocarina of Time. However I don't really think it should be counted because it's a remake.
Still voted for it though, because my pick is not included in the poll: Resident Evil Revelations.

Kid Icarus, Resident Evil and Monster Hunter are missing in this poll. For me personally Kid Icarus and Fire emblem are the best games so far.
My vote it kind of biased because I've only played Mario 3D Land, but whatever.

Fire Emblem Awakening was for me this generation so far. It could be replaced by Pokemon X/Y in the fall, but I have never played a Fire Emblem game before and now im hooked. The game is just amazing!

Although this poll is flawed having remakes/ports like Persona 4 Golden and Legend of Zelda: OoT 3D, instead of Kid Icarus: Uprising or/and Virtue's Last Reward.
