Im done trying to reason with u, if u want to assume that means ur right then go ahead. I honestly can say u would be doing everyone a favor if u just left or simply stopped posting in Nintendo threads since u seem to have some sort of personnal vendetta against them. Its ok to not like Nintendo but there is no need to dis them at every chance, I personally dont care for Xbox, it just doesnt appeal to me so I for the most part avoid threads about them and have actually defended xbox in the past despite not being a fan. Maybe u should yry saying or doing something positive once in a while.

Why do you think Nintendo would have to ship another 17 million 3DSs? Maybe the 3DS has actually only sold 20 million consoles. Then Nintendo would only have to ship another, what, 7 million? Hell, maybe it's already sold 20 million in the first half of this year, and was just way overshipped from last year.

Or maybe the 3DS has sold exactly zero consoles so far this year and will sell exactly zero consoles for the rest of the year. Maybe it has yet to sell a single console, and Nintendo just keeps shipping them to anyone who will take them off their hands.

I do not know about sales. I do not know what the DS did at the same time frame right now. This thread was a pain to look up on the chartz. They should fix that tool for sure. Week by week was lame.

 

Anyways, this thread is about the 20 million mark. Not if it will do better than what the DS did at this time. What did it do? I may make the bet if you look it up for me.  :) Vgchart numbers of course.


Well, we could use vgchartz number but we need to know how much the DS sold in its 3rd year. Nintendo numbers are 29.18M.
