Pokemon X/Y Has A Possibility To Be 1 Of The Best In The Franchise! Can It Make Up To 20Million Lifetime?

this is seriously the first Pokemon bundle?...has serious potential to outsell Gold/Silver

EDIT: Also I know a lot of people (including me) hyped for it who didn't play pokemon for 5-10 years lol

To answer your question, yes, i believe it will.

aside from the first 2 generations, yes this seems to be the best, lots of older players that didn't play gen 5 or maybe gens 3+4 are coming back, the game has so much more to offer then any other gen, biggest improvements as well. For your Question, 3DS doesn't have as much a DS but at the same time does it matter? Ex look at the GBA, it had just pokemon ruby/sapphire and it sold close to 16mil with half the install base of the DS! Dont underestimate now Not saying it will make 20mil, but lowest i see now is at least 16mil.... LEAST!

they need 2 games cuz its there way to show people since back in the 90's to encourage players to trade/battle/etc. Each game has exclusive things, version exclusive pokemon mostly, and some pokemon cant evolve w/o trading with another friend. They do this to make the pokemon community have a communication background, which has been working ever since. Only people that buy both are Very Very Hardcore fans, which in reality isnt that much in terms of sales .(for the people who claim pokemon sales are only high cuz of 2 games lmao)!

yeah i barely remembered it. it is hard to sell somthing like thtat when most pepole who want to play pokemon already had a DS .

to answer your question i dont now it could but it would depend on a couple of things like how well the 3DS sells for the rest of its life time and when they decide to release the next games be it a 3rd versoin a squeal or gen 3 remakes but right know i think some where around 16-18M is what its going to sell
