Forums - Nintendo - Activision announces six titles coming to the Wii U this Fall

Wii ports. Maybe. But this is Wii U. Infinity Ward is developing for 5 consoles. Wii U included.

Infinity Ward is not touching the WiiU. Treyarch is porting the game step by step to WiiU and adding Wiimote controls and other WiiU exclusive features.

Already happened with MW3:

Angry birds trilogy, Plankton’s Robotic Revenge and Wipeout Create and Crash? Please Activition, this Wii U support is too much....

COD and Skylanders are their key titles releasing this Fall. It's very generous, actually, for WiiU to be getting those. Some people have even commented that if WiiU wouldn't get Ghosts, regardless of what it would sell on the platform, it's over.

All of these titles seem like prime examples of quality games. Can't wait!

This holiday season is going to be an important one for the Wii U, no doubt about that.

It'll be interesting to see how the console does. and I'll certainly be rooting for it (and buying plenty of games).

yeah COD will be mine, and we need to do a tourney or someting like that.

34 years playing games.

Lol. Developed by Treyarch? FAIL. XD

Wii versions were always done by Treyarch, so no surprise really

Exactly. That's how it always was. Yet I never really understood why IW aren't developing it. One more platform to port would be too much? Especially now, since all three platforms for current gen version could be similar.

IW has practically zero expereience with Nintendo's hardware and tools while Treyarch are incredibly proficient as such.

I'm actually glad this it's Treyarch and not IW.  Treyarch (who know Nintendo stuff) gets to focus on Wii U while IW (who don't know the first thing about Nintendo stuff) is already contending with 5 platforms.

The rEVOLution is not being televised

Wii U owners can also have fish that move out of the way and a dog in Call of Duty.

Nintendogs just got real.

outside of COD that is a crap list of games, IMO. WHy treyarch? i like em, but it doesnt seem to make sense, its not like the WIi U is that different from PS360
