Wohoo. Time to compare Ghosts U sales to Declassified Vita

If it actually releases at the same date with at least the same features as the PS3/Xbox360 versions it might have the potential to sell similar I think. Most definitly not more, though.

I'm very confident it will sell less. Might come close, though, if Nintendo manage to turn things around. I expect the PS4/One versions to outsell it easily, too. I think this will be a slightly sub-par port, since it isn't being made by the main team.

Treyarch did a very good job on the Wii versions of MW1, BO and MW3, though. Black Ops II was a dirty launch port of the game, for COD Ghosts they should have had more time and more experience with the system, I think the port will be at least on-par, maybe slightly better than the Xbox360 version of the game.

the COD Wii U version ran just as well as the others, it wasnt a dirty launch anything. Seems like some are making excuses for it not doing so hot.

Well I guess it is better than nothing...

COD:Ghost? The title that is for sure not released on WiiU, showing how bad the support from 3rd-party is? Who would've thought that.

Lol. Developed by Treyarch? FAIL. XD

Fail? Treyarch do phenominal work.

OT:

My only concern is if it will get the DLC this time. I'm hoping BLOPS2 didn't solely due to it being a new console and they didn't want to put too much cost into the WiiU version as they knew it would have low sales due to small userbase and being late to the market.

This time its on-time and the base should be 8m-10m by January.

I'm surprised. It didn't sound like they were interested in bringing COD to the system at all after the sales of the last one.

outside of COD that is a crap list of games, IMO. WHy treyarch? i like em, but it doesnt seem to make sense, its not like the WIi U is that different from PS360

Treyarch is a good dev and they handle all the COD games for Activision when it comes to Nintendo... additionally, WiiU version using same next-gen engine as PS4/XBO.

Can someone explain me why Activision release a new Call of Dutty in Wii U and not in Vita when Call of Duty: Black Ops II in Wii U sold 0.19 million and Call of Duty Black Ops: Declassified sold 0.75 million.

PS4 - over 100 millions let's say 120m
Xbox One - 70m
Wii U - 25m

Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise
3DS - 80m

you have a source for that? because it thats true, that makes no sense as to why Treyarch is working on it and not IW since they are the ones who made the damn next gen engine in the first place. No this is probably running on the same engine was Blops2 did last year which is why they have Treyarch working on it, since they already dealt with it before.

What this thread taught me is that other then cod/destiny activision has no franchises.

They tweeted about it. Specifically said "next-gen engine" in the tweet. You can search for it if you want.
