Dogfish Head is a favorite of mine. I'm also a big fan of the Stone Brewing Company, but they don't distribute to the new state that I recently moved to. The Imperial Stout is a favorite, and I also love Arrogant Bastard.
I do also love Chimay, but I'd much prefer a St. Bernardus Abt 12 to Chimay Blue, though it isn't a "real" Trappist Ale. I am a big fan of any Trappist Ales though, Rocheforte being a favorite.
When I'm in the mood for just a plain beer, I'll drink Pilsner Urquell any day. But I'll drink about anything that is of quality depending on the mood; Sam Adams, Grolsch/Heineken/etc, or other decent lagers. I *love* west-coast beers like Anchor Liberty Ale, Anchor Steam, and Sierra Nevada. Give me hops or give me death!
You mentioned Victory Brewing Co. I love the Storm King Stout and the Golden Monkey.
Today I am drinking Hacker-Pscorr Hefe Weizen. When I am not drinking beers, I also enjoy all sorts of wines and ports.
Basically, I drink anything except for cheap macro-lagers like Bud (the Euros don't count) when I can avoid them. You can tell a lot about a man by his beers.

lol, same thing happened to me except that I was at a resturant with a bar on the other side of it and went to the bathroom that was on the bar side and when I came out I saw a glass with what I thought was grape juice. I took a big sip, hated it then walked away. Unfortunately I can't remember what happened that night.
I will NEVER change my mind. I've seen what drinking can do to people. I saw a horrible car accident last year. The people in both cars were killed. Person speeding was drinking. and my dad, he drinks way too much. I don't want to be like him. -_-

No, you've seen what drinking and driving can do to people and what alcohol abuse can do to people. It's very possible to drink without doing either of those things.
Its more fun to get obliverated and just start ralphing all over the place.

Wow, After I stopped coughing I wanted to know what I was drinking, and it was Tequila.

I know that Entroper. But no one or no thing will ever change my mind. I'd rather spend money on food and other things I will actually need to survive.
