The game isn't out for another 6 weeks, right? I wouldn't expect advertising yet. But I do expect to see some soon. If not...well, I don't know really. It looks like a great game but I don't think it'll sell well sadly. Like 450-500k LT WW max.

Success of lbp?? since when? it had to be bundled and was $30 two weeks after launch.
also it does not use NFC Toys in lbp so why try to act like? lbp success is opinion but its completely ludicrous to compare 101 to a platformer when the two are nothing alike and trying to use it as an example of nfc toys is humorous to say the least

We need like tons of forums for this kind of stuff.

no its not Nintendos job, just like it wasnt sonys. link to the article here where the same topic was made when sony didnt or its just bias.
The excuses you guys come up with have no merit.
No company promotes platinum games. Stop the double standard bs. thats what fanatics do
yeah for this game it isnt eas job. however as i clearly said, none of their games get advertised. thats as plain and simple as i can make it.

Not a success, are you joking. Little big planet sold 5mil+ copies for a new ip. The concept of it def isn't something that would sell gangbusters(fps genre etc). The comparison wasn't based on the genres if you actually read the post. It was an opinion on how nche the audience was presumed to be for these games. The toys were a reference to the op post and the skylanders series in general whcih I even stated in my post.
well Nintendo of Aus was in the negative in the last few years, so they have no marketing budget. Could be true for some of the other branches.
sad if this game doesnt perform well, as it is, by far the WiiU's most interesting game
Nintendo always markets their games as they are releasing. I would not expect anyhing tilll launch week.
This is platinum games and they always bomb. The most mainstream thing they have ever done is MGR. I see Nintendo only marketing this game at consumers who already own Wii U. This game is not wide range market material.
