25 million pound sterling then you got yourself a deal. Exchanging US dollars to pound sterling isnt a good idea, i would lose out on a lot of money because of the poor exchange rate.

Isnt the USA already hiring soldiers to kill many innocent people in 3rd world countries? You can bundle the UK in with that statement.

Bad thinking. The 25 million could be invested in saving lifes in the first place, without killing someone. In a democracy you could elect a government that does that, in a tyranny bring down the government to install democracy.
