Don't have unprotected sex with someone you even love unless you plan on being responsible adult and will have your own house/they have their own place. Period.
Seen way too many kids have babies before even finishing High School. No job, and no support.

Then one day, while sitting on the toilet, pushing for hours, I thought to myself: "This has been going on for such a long time, and I cannot seem to get rid of it. I have tried numerous doctors, but nothing has worked... It is now time for me to turn to GOD for advice". So closed my eyes, and folded my hands in prayer: "Dear GOD. I have never done you any wrong, and still you have given me such hardships. If you will let me pass this stool in peace, I will forever live as your servant". Suddenly, dark clouds gathered outside my bathroom window, followed by a bright clear sky. Then I heard a deep voice speak: "My child, fear not. I have heard your prayers and I will appear before you". Suddenly, I felt some kind of sensation in my intestines, and from my anus, rivers of stool flowed. I had never witnessed anything like this before in my life, and I immediately embraced this an act of GOD. From that day, I have unconditionally been a follower of GOD. |
I'm nt the OP but after reading your post (I am now dumber for it thanks) I had to address it. You sir have shown yourself to be a first rate tool. The Christian faith soes not prevent dsomeone from playing ANY type of video games. And if you really knew anything about scrpture you'd know that the literal translation of that passage is "Thou shalt not murder." War is as old as the Bible and many of the first passages of the Bibles tells of battles and death and killing.

First off the OP posts a very real questuion about a personal topic and you choose to turn it into a flame war because why? Are you an intolerant Aetheist who just can't seem to abide someone professing what they believe? But it's okay to mock and profess what it is you DON'T believe? That sounds a lot like Hypocricy. Secondly you decide to use some stupid story to try to poke fun at his believing in a creator and while you certainly don't have to believe thhe same thing you definitely don't need to shit on him because you are a selfish jerk who can't stand to see someone believe in something you do not.
Good job on being a jerk and since I am certainly not the most devout Christian I can say without a heavy heart that I certainly do hope you get banned and maybe someone can punch you in the gut to help that intestinal blockage for ya. Oh BTW 35 grams of fiber, getting your ass up off the couch, plenty of water and avoiding foods that are irritating to your bowels might go along way in helping your gut issues. Tool.

I would think so, since men and women would'nt have sex on thier minds as a goal but instead a family or a relationship. Also, men/women wouldn't care as much about looks and appearance. We'd make better choices on relationship. What do you think? |

In my personal opinion, if the Christian faith allows for the 'glorification' and 'acceptance' of violence and war, but (in OPs own words) is against prematrimonial sex, then the faith itself is not even worth the paper the Bible was written on. Did video games even exist during the time the Bible was written? I think not, and I am pretty sure that FPS games would be a big 'no-no' for Jesus if it existed because he was a man of peace. How could he embrace anything that made murder and war into a game of fun and competition? Ask yourself, WWJD! Would Jesus play FPS games so that he could feel excitement over virtually killing other people? You say that the Bible is filled with tales of murder and war, that might be true, but surely those battles must have been fought for a cause, and not for individual pleasure?
How am I a hypocrite? I follow the rules of society and my own rules developed through natural laws, common sense and love for mankind. I seek comfort in -and advice from a book written ages ago. Why would I even consider knowing anything about scripture? 'thou shall not kill' and 'thou shall not murder' looks like the same thing to me, and I even managed to figure that out by myself by using common sense. I didn't need to read it in an old, dusty book.

You can believe in what you want, but if you just look at OP posts, you can clearly see that he implies that his belief is the only right one, and he is clearly not able to argue without mentioning GOD. And why is my 'story' any more bullshit than his? How do you know it is not true? How do you know I haven't met GOD in person while sitting on the toilet? Surely, you are now showing me that you are not tolerant of MY beliefs and try to mock my depiction of God.
Yes, you are really wasting your time talking to me. I will always respect you for having your opinions and beliefs, because I believe in freedom of choice, freedom of religion and freedom of the individual. However, that does in no way mean that I have to respect the beliefs itself. I think its garbage, but hey, who am I to tell you that you are not allowed to believe in garbage?
