No I won't. I already have a  Nexus 7 which has no HDMI. Also I want to hook up LAN and a USB-disk-drive with movues on it. Believe me, in my case Ouya is a perfect device. It is like a smart-tv-device like the smart-tv every tv-company wants to give us but all fail.

In your case But for most people, I figure a tablet would work better.

As for its target audience, hackers and homebrew makers should be most appropriate. Power users also.

A reason not to get is that you can get something that you can carry around which does the same things - and more. Tegra 3 tablets aren't expensive.

I have an iPad (that's what I'm posting from!) and I know it can do online multiplayer and plug into the T.V and stuff. I was referring to local multiplayer. If I can buy cheap multiplayer games for >$5 then it seems decent enough.

What is a Tegra 3? Can that do local T.V multiplayer?

Like I mentioned in the other thread, the only good thing about the Ouya is emulation. Although I don't really see the point because even the most low end PCs can at least run a N64 emulator, so $100 just for emulation is really a waste of money.

I got my PSP Go that has the NES/SNES/Gameboy/PS1 emulated games I'll ever want to play on the go or on the big screen so no thanks.

I can also just do that with my laptop too =P
