Forums - Sony - Walmart Manager, ” I have not personally sold a Vita in over a year”.

Ouch.. Can't find more words to express

That is fairly disappointing as the Vita is a fantastic handheld with a lot of potential behind it. Sony and Developers just need to start taking the platform more seriously, and produce more hits like Uncharted:GA, Gravity Rush, and Killzone: Mercenary.

Why would anyone want to buy a PS4 controller before the system even comes out?

So year 2 of the Vita just as bad as year 1?

pretty deserved.

i like the indie games and such but sony fucked the system over when they didn't create games for it. and no, psn titles multiplat with ps3 don't count and ps2 HD remake late ports don't count.

still love the system but sony fucked this up soo badly.

Will this be the Vita’s last year on the market?

Vita has more potential and it will be unleased with great titles from Sony first party studios soon when developers are done with PS4 titles for first year then we can see some great support with more titles like Tearaway and Killzone. Also vita has remote Play over Gaikai which makes this a must buy for users who to experience PS4 on the go without taking PS4 with them which is not possible for any other Console. Also the features which vita has is not there in any other system like Good hardware, Dual Touchpad, Dual analogs , Great first party developers support soon and low price point. This will be doing better soon from next year or from Holidays this year.

GAMING is not about spending hours to pass/waste our time just for fun,

its a Feeling/Experience about a VIRTUAL WORLD we can never be in real, and realizing some of our dreams (also creating new ones).

So, Feel Emotions, Experience Adventure/Action, Challenge Game, Solve puzzles and Have fun.

PlayStation is about all-round "New experiences" using new IP's to provide great diversity for everyone.

Xbox is always about Online and Shooting.

Nintendo is always about Fun games and milking IP's.

Eh, i'd call this a non story. With as little as the Vita sells it shouldn't be surprised that a store here or there just doesn't sell any.

Console choices often are regionally influenced, since you want to get what your friends get. So if sony were to say, release the VITA connection information i bet you'd find some areas in the US lit up with a bunch of Vitas... and some with none at all.

I've noticed a few Wal-mart stores here, as well as Toys R US, moving their Vita games to an end cap or single shelf often off to the side. One store had more shelf space for PS2 games than Vita.

I just figured they were prepping for PS4 and XOne and the Vita was the system that had to make room.

preparing up to 4months before hand? That's a bit much isn't it?

PS One/2/p/3slim/Vita owner. I survived the Apocalyps3/Collaps3 and all I got was this lousy signature.

Xbox One: What are you doing Dave?
