Of course. 25 + Vitas but less than 40 for 3DS.... Especially since NPD data shows that the 3DS outsells the Vita 11 to 1. Sorry but I'm sceptical.

Hmm had no idea my store accounted for the entire US...

Didn't say I didn't believe you - Your store might sell more Vitas. I'm sceptical.

Sceptical: questions the validity, authenticity, or truth of something purporting to be factual.

Just to give you some context i'd say the store I work at comprises of %40 Xbox fans %40 Playstation fans and %20 Nintendo fans. So i have a lot more opportunities to sell a Vita than a 3DS :)

lol @ people questioning how many games are sold at fucking WALMART. It's Walmart. They sell tons of games.

We all know the Vita is a colossal flop but the testimony of one store manager is irrelevant. I used to work electronics at a Walmart, a huge one. We sold tons of games, but our department manager was a woman who didn't know jack shit about electronics.

In my area all 4 (soon to be 5) Walmarts have a tiny, ever shrinking selection of Vita games. And the ones they have are just expensive handheld versions of games I can play on PS3 already. I'm sure Sony will see a nice boost in sales piggybacked on the PS4 but they need a pretty substantial price drop asap.

I really believe this lol

There are action in progress to get more Vita titles. Warriors Orochi 3 hyper and a new Dragon ball z title just got announced. Toukiden, Ys, Valhalla knights 3, Tearaway, Killzone mercenary. For next year Freedom wars already announced. No, the Vita will not be pulled out from the market, but it desperatly needs a price cut and more of the secret projects to be announced.

Also, it would be grand if Shahid can manage to bring the tales games, FF type0 and Valkyria chronicles and suikoden and God eater 2 to the system. Aslong as Sony keeps supporting it and helping their partners bring over their games, the system has a future. It doesnt make sense to withdraw the product. It is ahead of its time. When the price drop to the same level of the 3DS, it will become a great proposition.

I would not lie to you Ethomaz.

The Vita situation in terms of sales is laughable... I never see a gamer machine that the word "dommed" fit perfectly.

It's sad because the portable have some great games.

I think neither PS4 can save it... even so I will buy one soon.

This is disappointing, it deserves far more than this. Come on Sony, try harder.

Prediction: Switch 2 will outsell the PS5 by 2030

This is sad because it's truly a phenomenal piece of hardware. I love my Vita. I think it just has an identity problem coupled with a memory card pricing problem. I did see 16GB Vita cards on sale at Best Buy for $29.99 recently (sold out), so maybe that's a sign of a cut and not the clearing of shelf space...

2014 will be the last year the Vita is in stores. i can almost guarantee it. This year sony are supporting the handheld with only 2 full big games. Killzone: Mercinary & Taeaway.. thats it.

This is honestly the first Sony system i have had and think 'yeh... its not very good'. PS1, PS2. PSP & PS3 where all awesome! the Vita?.. no
