The Rewind feature in a sim term is the dumbest feature ever created but for game it is a cool feature.

Its cool for me also but I try to use it rarely but if I ever get the courage to go for the 100,000 point drift lap achievement in Forza 3 I will use it a lot.  I used it a lot more in Forza Horizion because its pretty much impossible to win a race once your car gets flipped.

Agreed but it takes away from my hype for the game at least they added some indy cars and some classic F1 cars I'm exited for those even though I'm not very good in handling open wheel race cars in racing games.

Too early to tell of how much of a rushed job the game is.  That can only be judged once we know all the cars, tracks and feautres in the game.

At this point we only are certain about 15 cars and one track its way too early to judge how much of a rush job the final product will be.  Also I'm sure that Turn 10 was one of the first developers to the get development kits for the X1 so it should be less of a rush job then some of the other launch and early launch titles.
