Just rewatched the ending of the trailer. If you listen and look closely you'll see that Robin asks for Chrom's help, and he arrives to tag team with him and do an epic Final Smash.
Chrom is part of Robin's Final Smash.

Robin brand new and all new move-set (going to be weird referring to him/her as Robin though).
Lucina new but no banner indicates perhaps tweaking of Marth's, so clone?
