Was I the only one who caught the part where the 2 free games per month for XBLG was only leading up to the release of the XB1 or did I hear that wrong?

That's expensive. Any bundled games?

Yeah, but always get screwed over but this is just ridiculous. Hopefully Sony don't pull the same.
500 bucks and I cant play used games...Lol you funny Microsoft..you funny

"In video game terms, RPGs are games that involve a form of separate battles taking place with a specialized battle system and the use of a system that increases your power through a form of points.
Sure, what you say is the definition, but the connotation of RPGs is what they are in video games." - dtewi

Yeah I noticed that too. Everyone was like "yeah, awesome, yeah.........................................yeeeeeaaaaaahhhh"
Honestly, this price would sit a little easier (even with Xbox live fees) if they just completely abolished all the DRM crap. Not gunna happen though. Guess I better offload some of my 20 Xbox live 12 month cards!
A little too expensive. Hopefully Sony will make ps4's price lower like $449 or even $399 but $449 may still be a little too expensive. Especially considering there were only like 1-2 games that actually interested me.
$499 does not equal £429.
It should be £321.50 for gods sake! I am fed up of the American market screwing me over as they think they can get away with it, but not this time. No way in hell would I, or anyone else I know for that matter, be taken for a ride on this product.
Forbes article I read brought up a good point:
"That number is so dangerous to Microsoft because it won’t play with casuals, especially not in year one. It is a price aimed directly at the core gaming community. Hardcore gamers are the only people who spend that much money on new consoles — they’re the ones who need to experience the biggest, newest games, no matter what the cost, and they’re the ones who can prop up a system until it grabs a large enough install base. But they’re also the people who have been most vocal about their displeasure with Microsoft Xbox One’s used games policies. To say that the Xbox One is unpopular in the forum communities right now would be an understatement."
