Makes sense... so even if the stores give discounts what counts in the official price.

That seems like a flash sale from 2 - 3 weeks ago at a retailer I have never even heard of... Gears if still full price at the main retailers, Amazon, Play and Game.

Tesco may just be a supermarket, but its the 2nd biggest store for video games in the Uk.

That full price chart is not accurate at all. The concept of a ''full price'' chart is redundant anyway as this late in the gen most games are half price after a month of release... There are plenty of bargain bin games in that list that can be brought for much less than £20, like Tomb Raider, Far Cry 3, Halo 4. 

Why has nobody talked about the impressive (an not so impressive) attach rates. Of the top 20;

10/20 are Xbox 360 games, outstanding for a 7 year old console.

6/10 are PS3 games. Solid performance.

And rightfully so, none of the games in the top 40 are Wii U games.

How did Lego City 3DS rise in sales? I know it had extra days, but it does not seem like the title to do that kind of stuff.

I was actually being sarcastic in those posts saying that God of War was only ahead because it was "Bargain bin" price. The price discrepency as shown by my links wasn't sufficient enough clearly. Its just an ode to a cetain someone with the GT5 and "Full Price Forza" debacle.

@Foodfather check your facts Gears of War Judgement was £24.99 over 3 weeks ago at Simply games then went up to £28.85 then down to  £24.85, clearly not full price. 

On play.com its £29.99 again not full price.

Regardless both are performing poorly for their respected platforms and the UK is getting crapper and crapper each year. 

It's also part of a bundle.
