I will probably give $50.00 once I get some money. I don't think they approached Nintendo for funding since they probably still want to go multiplatform, since no one know under what condition they left Nintendo, put from what I remember it was a little rough but amiable. They were only under contract a certain number of years, from what I can piece together. And when the contract expired they (SK) choose not to extend the contract and go to Sega to get Too Human finished. Never a good idea to resurrect an old project that was almost done. It has almost a 100% chance of suffering for "over development". I remember Too Human being previewed in a Game Informer in the 90's before SK and Nintendo signed the contract. It was suppose to be released that year on 6 discs for the original Playstation.
The good thing is Dyack doesn't seem to be in charge, at least not on paper, like he was with SK. Though he seems to be the public face of the project. Maybe something to skirt the SK/Epic Lawsuit.
