I agree with that. The guy shouldnt be fired because of it, but should be taught a lesson, wich he was. We dont have the power to fire the guy, the company does.
The empowerement of customers in the internet is something i feel is going out of control. But, its not like companies are learning not to step on them though. Also, this kind of thing only seems to happen in the US.
