Adam deserved what he got. He basically gave the middle finger to the consumers who support the company he works for and told them to "Deal with it".

I agree. He made inappropriate comments that were offending for many people - in a position he should have known better. While I think the whole always on thing was exaggerated, the shitstorm for Orth was justified.
