If you can spot them then they must be still in-training thus they are not ninjas yet, nintendo is very serious about this matter.

@MegaDrive08: More or less, they are just changing people from another buildings to that new one so they can work together.
The question now is, what will happen with the old buildings? Will they use it to house new dev teams or are they just going to sell them?
Please excuse my bad English.

I hope they expand developement capacity. They could use at least two more full teams making games. They could be "late gen" teams that make a couple really great titles at the end of the system's life.

They should keep the old buildings and fill them with new people.
They need more first party studios badly.
I LOVE ICELAND!

Huh, i finally *get* what it says on those fences (as it says that around pretty much every construction site in Japan. It's just "Safety First."

Yeah, the kind of fresh blood they gained from Retro and Monolith was great, they need more of that.
whats wrong with nintendo building a new building?

Rumor has it that old lego block building (that was their headquarters since 2000) will be kept as their building for management.
And the new building will be a campus strictly for their software and hardware R&D teams that will foster a cohesive and cooperative atmosphere.
