Forums - Gaming - Capcom announce DuckTales Remastered

Holy shit must have

They should remake all their Disney games so I can rage again.

Further additions to the original include an all new tutorial level where players can get familiar with the iconic pogo jump and cane swing; while Scrooge McDuck's Museum allows players to track all their stats and compare their progress with others via global leaderboards.

This is where we are now in gaming...
Why not adding some guns for easy-hard mode...Only Ultra Hard Korean Mode allows you to play the normal game.

Anyway im excited
Watched an episode a few day ago and all those nice memories came back.

Cool. Will be getting the Wii U version, just feels right playing this again on a Nintendo console, plus off-screen play (I presume?).

Still while the graphics look nice, I wish more companies would embrace a cleaned up retro style, like what Disney used for the in-game shots of Wreck It Ralph:

When you upgrade the graphics too much, a lot of the charm just kinda goes out the window.

Genesis/Mega Drive version...

An inferior version that tries to cover up its inferiority with unnecessary violence.

Would be cool if they put in the original version...

You mean like Mortal Kombat?

3DS Friend Code: 0645 - 5827 - 5788
WayForward Kickstarter is best kickstarter: http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1236620800/shantae-half-genie-hero

I'd get it for the right price. I'd be willing to pay up to $10 for it. I'd consider it for $15. Any more then that, then I'm just not getting it.

If by inferior you mean better animation, in game sounds and music, then yes, that might explain the "unncessary violence".  Anyhow, people can decide for themselves among the two here:

Except Bad Genome is talking about Aladin.  The general view is the Genesis version is better overall.  The animation, for one thing, is superior.  Eventhough the SNES is arguably superior to the Genesis/Megadrive, this is one example where the Genesis version of a game is superior.
