Curl-6 is correct. For example take myself. I'm not a Zelda fan but I would look into buying a Zelda game on Wii U if it was HD and had a darker tone.I wouldn't buy cartoony Zelda ( not to take anything away from those types of Zelda games )

Ok, thank you for providing an explanation as to why you think that.

 

I am not so convinced that people are more graphics focussed than they were, people were very happy with Super mario Galaxy when it released, Pikmin is getting a lot of talk on vidceo game forums. Both of those are examples of games with good graphics, but not photorealistic ones. If they can do the same for A cartoony Zelda, I think people will get pretty excited about it.

 

Remember, if 100 people like game A, 800 are indifferent and 100 hate it, it will sell 100 copies.

If 400 people like game B and 600 hate it, it will sell 400 copies.

 

Game A might be 'more popular', but it doesn't matter in the end.

I`m expecting sales for Mario 3D, Wind Waker HD, Mario Kart and SSB to be somewhere between GC and 3DS´ sales figures.
Probably more inclined to 3DS sales figures, for Mario and Mario Kart, and GC sales for the Wind Waker remake and SSB.

Lego City Undercover and Pikmin 3 are really hard to predict: 2-3 million each.
