Pikmin 3 will probably sell 2-3 million. It's going to be the first proper Wii U exclusive, and now that Pikmin has a name, it will sell better then Pikmin 1 (which released right beside Smash Bros) and Pikmin 2.
X will top XenoBlade Chronicles, but I dunno by how much. It's likely going to sell better then XenoGears and could push numbers as good as XenoSaga episode 1. However I don't see it selling over 2 million, even 1.5 million is a stretch. It's not Final Fantasy, so it just doesn't have that brand name appeal.
Smash Bros..... I dunno. I think 10 million seems right. Namco took the Xeno franchise and pushed sales to new records, as long as this game is genuinly different, and good, it will sell.
Mario Kart 8 should top 30 million. It's going to release early, and get bundled, and be a huge reason to get a Nintendo platform like always. Mario home console games typically sell 1/3rd as well as the home consoles, so I'm expecting Wii U to sell 90 million units lifetime.
SMT X Fire Emblem - 1 million, LOL. Sad, but true.
Wind Waker HD - 3 million, like Ocarina of Time remake.
New Zelda - If it releases in a reasonable time, 7 million. If done super well, maybe 10.
Next Metroid Prime - 2 million. Less then Prime 1, but more then 2 or 3.
Super Mario Universe, probably 6-8 million.
The Wonderful 101 - 1 million
Bayonetta 2 - 1 to 1.5 million
Lego City Undercover - 2 million, maybe 3 with bundles.
EDIT - Wii U sales should go up 5k weekly after Lego, and maybe another 5k weekly after Pikmin (and hold those figures). Wind Waker will probably push Wii U numbers above 360 weekly numbers (whatever they are at the point) and when the next Mario Kart, Smash Bros or Mario Platformer release.....Wii U will dominate. Easily it will become the best selling system, maybe holding 200k weekly in 2014 (assuming something comes out this fall).
X, Metroid Prime 4, and Bayonetta 2 will probably only give Wii U sales a temporary spike.
