He had basically 6 years more time to get a reputation than you had. So it's not an insult to you, but to amp himself and me for example.
I don't get this. Wright and Pezus have both said they are leaving later this year. Why do you need to plan out when you are leaving? Wouldn't you gradually get bored of the site/forums and stop coming on? You don't need to pick a date to do this.
