I like being challenged, it makes me enjoy a game more. it's certainly not a bad thing.

A challenging game is one thing, running into a brick wall all of a sudden is another. This sounds like the latter.
Ongoing bet with think-man: He wins if MH4 releases in any shape or form on PSV in 2013, I win if it doesn't.

Please spell check the title! It's driving me crazy!

True, it's just a bit worrying if multiple people are having the same issue. Then again, there have been numerous moments in GoW 1-3 that were pretty rage-inducing so maybe this is nothing new. |

Check the last posts by DarknessBear, he's stuck somewhere too (He believes its the same place and he claims its a puzzle sort of). Its a kind of problem that makes him think the game is broken (when it isn't). Thats pretty damn bad x_x.
Spell checked the title :P
EDIT: Another user called Nofi said this =>
"I got stuck for ages on a certain section (around about level 10). It's frustrating because the solution is so damned obvious when you do it, but everything's telling you not to do it.
Really, really silly level design there for a moment."
Uh-oh!

So you hide all this time in the shadows and the first comment i see you post in a long time is to correct someone's grammer!!
I'm disappointed :(

If professional game reviewer gets stuck it's not a matter of balanced gameplay challenge. It means that the game has a design flaw that either fails to teach the player what is demanded of them to progress or allows the computer to just plain cheat. It's probably patchable.
This is good news. I love challenge.
But doesn't God of War suggest a lower difficulty when you have died several times in a row? Can there really be a section that takes 3 hours to complete even on Easy?

It is a puzzle, what is freaking out some dudes. Maybe they just need to relax and THINK, who knows? lol
I must admit that seeing some critics frustrated at a particularly challenging section is worrying me for how the game will be received, but since it's a combat challenge and not a poorly designed puzzle/platforming section I'm going to put the blame on the critics because we all know the vast majority of critics suck at playing game, Adam pretty much admits this in his video and neither he or other critics have said it's a bad/poorly designed/unfair section, just challenging/frustrating/addicting (must be to keep him trying for 6 hours!).
I'm just curious about what difficulty critics are playing on? Must be normal but why wouldn't Adam Sessler or anyone else having trouble just switch to easy mode especially in Adams case if he was stuck for 6 hours? Is it because the critics are embarrassed to mention they had to play on easy?
Anyway I hope this doesn't have a bad affect on reviews, probably won't because most critics rush through games on easy just to publish their review ASAP after the embargo is up but even the ones having trouble should accept it's their own lack of skill and not the games problem.
it depends if it is hard because it's unfair or only because you need a good strategy. if it's unfair it could hurt the scores, if it just need a great strategy i don't think so.
i love hard difficulty even if i need hours for a boss or a puzzle so yeah, if it's fair i'm happy to read that. epic said gears will be also harder this time right? hope we will get more games now which are like in the past
