I am sure that the wii u have some good sales up ahead and will eventually come out OK. It now all comes down to the nintendo franchises and maybe repricing.

I think it would eventually be beaten - and by some margin - by the next gen PS and xbox.

I think it is wrong to compare what happened in the handheld market with the wii u. The 3DS was up against a weak competitor. In the home console market the PS and xbox brand are jaggernauts, not a pathetic PSP or Vita.

In a nutsell I disagree that wii u will outsell either x720 or PS4.

Even if I am wrong it would be no disappointment on my part. As a games only company I will always support Nintendo.

I think anyone could take it this upcoming Gen to be honest.

Wii U lacks power but has innovation in terms of the Gamepad. Nintendo has yet to show off its potential to really change gameplay though.

PS4 has tons of power but lacks any real innovation. This could obviously change and Sony could announce something later on but as of now its a PS3 +.

Microsoft has a chance to take it in one swoop like Nintendo did with the Wii. Sony & Nintendo both left the door wide open in terms of innovation. A slightly upgraded Kinect won't be enough but if its significantly better or if they have a brand new idea, Durango could lead Next-Gen.

As of now with limited info on what's being worked on for all 3 Systems, anybody can take the win.

No, it's already been confirmed that Xbox720 & PS4 will outsell the Wii U. Just look at the facts & with an unbiased opinion & you will know deep down in your heart that the Wii U will come in last this generation. I'm just simply stating a fact & that is not subjective & it is not opinion. Cold Hard Fact. The fact is, Nintendo lost this last generation with Wii & DS, totally got crushed by micro & sony, & the same thing will happen all over again. I mean look at how the 3ds is getting crushed by the Vita, & you will see that Nintendo clearly doesn't know what they're doing & will get crushed yet again. Nintendo should go back to only making hanafuda cards.

I don't know wiifit sold like 40 million combined and mario kart did like 30+ million. I dont think their gonna decline in popularity that much on their next releases. Though when i look at mario wiiu current sales I could be wrong. I just think Nintendo has to be way more consistent with software releases and they'll be fine.
