For the long sword there's a infinite combo, I don't remenber well but I think tit's X+X+A+X ( test it, if it's not that it's something like that). And there's a bar on the uppper corner of the screen, when it fills keep pressing R, so you will use a powerful combo, it's the strongest move of the long sword.

Okie dokie, I thought that bar meant once I did enough damage I got a boost.

Also which character would you consider the fastest? Dual Sword?

Downloaded both. Already tried the WiiU-version. I know it is an old game with added content, but it feels like finally next-gen has arrived. This game is so awesome.

Oh, big monsters need time to kill. They don't die after some hits. It will flee sometimes in the fight to another part of the map. There is a reason, why the quest has 20 minutes.

O I understand that, it just felt that what I was doing wasn't enough.  Minus him starting to fall over near the end.

Apparently he starts falling over after you cut off his ear. 

Balance issues or something after you cut off a rabbit ear.

Yeah, the fastest is probably the Dual Swords, but the long sword is also relatively fast, I used it as my main weapon in wii, but this time I will try playing with the bow as main weapon, I like challenges *-*.
