The whole Objective of this PlayStation conference was to ANNOUNCE the PS4 therefore if you were underwhelmed then you were never excited about the PS4 to begin with.

Underwhelmed? Seriously. I mean everyone is entitled to their own opinions but a new console reveal is not anything to be "underwhelmed" about.

It made me nervous.

Nervous that MS might following this cloud/streaming fad that Sony seems intent on.

I might become a PC gamer next gen.

lol. Cloud/Streaming is a fad. Guess ill go to where cloud/streaming gaming is strongest.

Of course the explosion is where the smoke came from, but if you think it wasn't done for resource managment you're lying to your self.
As soon as the player left the battle & the AI and enemy models could be culled they were able to show the city again, that wasn't a coincidence.

I don't know how high some of your expectations were that you walked away disappointed/underwhelmed. I wanted them to show the PS4 (they didn't), show off the controller (they did), show off some games/tech demos running on the hardware (they did plenty), show off the UI (they showed some of it, I wanted them to tinker with it some more) and announce a price and release date (no price but Holiday 2013 confirmed). I feel like they did a pretty good job but not showing the hardware seems odd to me.

Exactly.  Sony's job isn't to make the people who were already going to line up on day 1 for a PS4 want a PS4.  Their job was to excite people who weren't already going to buy the PS4.

I have never streamed a game on my PC. 

It was a good presentation overall. It did'nt have any ''OMFG THIS LOOK SO GOOD I NEED TO THROW 500$ FOR IT NOW!!!'' moments, but I was'nt expecting any. I was'nt expecting to be wowed like we all were on the previous gen leap, I think we are in a point where we are ''immune'' to great graphics. By that I mean, I looked at the Killzone demo, it looked awsome, but at a certain point during that demo I kinda forgot I was looking at nexgen, everything looked awsome, better than Halo4 but not ''500$'' better if you know what I mean. I'll buy one not because I desperatly want the upgrade but because I know it's the next console to be supported. While back when PS3 came out, the upgrade was such that It was impossible to forget that you were looking at next gen when you were watching demos and everyone wanted the HD upgrade.

None of the games they showed were must have games for me. I'm interested in both Killzone and Infamous but that is pretty much it (talking about only exclusives). But I know they have more for E3 and other events so it would be crazy to call out the system for not having games I want.

The downpoint of the conference was that it was SOOOOOO LOOOONG. I was at some point getting bored to death. I desperatly wanted it to end lol. The conference had great momens and some long ones, but sadly I will probably remember the parts I was bored above all else :S

Well, after reading details and watching the videos I must say I'm very satisfied with this Sony conference! In my opinion, a lot of people who was holding off will go to the shop and buy a WiiU after this presentaion...
