wow ...sorry but Nintendo doesn't release half ass games with DLC... they need to hold their guns to fight against the ps4 and 720....And also: I' happy Nintendo don't use DLC...its an excuse for maing shitty games...

they don't need a price-cut now... 3 million after 3 months  it good...not great but still good....one more month and they will outsell the vita xD

nintendo should axe the basic model and make the black delxue modle 299 this would help

They should consider it. This it really the best time to sell them, before any Sony or Microsoft announcements. They should take this opportunity to push them, but I think a bigger issue than the price is the marketing.

Somebody should ask those same analysts if they think Sony or Microsoft should do the same with their flagship titles? I bet they would begin backpeddling and eating crow.  Some analysts have a vested interest in seeing other companies go down depending on where they want investments to be allocated you know.

They should actually release ALL of their titles that are currently in any sort of development, and ask gamers to donate towards the continued development of these projects.

 

It'll be like kickstarter.

price cut? Its not doing good cuz of 3 reasons!

One its not known to the general public (the name doesn't help)
TWO no software is out, It sucks but its the truth!
THREE ps3 and Xbox360 have way cheaper price tag with a 7 year library! When next gen comes then talk, Only thing that needs a massive price cut is Vita

I know but with 2GB of RAM, a new ppc750 with GX and PWR7 hybrid, and e6760 I doubt that Nintendo is losing much; esp with the Deluxe model.

Don't know how Nintendo thought they could do Wii numbers with the WiiU. It has sold between Wii and HD consoles and sold at a launch price between those as well.

The games are coming (late but they are), I just think Nintendo need to make their Gamepad more useful with programs for it, like Art Academy or find the next WiiFit. I also said it before, but I'd love Skype on it :D

btw VGC hella undertracked the Wii U as this was SOLD NUMBERS AT THE END OF 2012   with ~3.1 mil units compared to VGC's 2.5mil 01/19!!! That's a huge margin that needs to be corrected!!!!  http://www.officialnintendomagazine.co.uk/46284/wii-u-sales-3-million/
