That is what popularity means. Something can't be popular if the masses aren't willing to experience it.
I loved Red Faction Guerilla and liked RF Armageddon. I never said that any of these games were bad, just not popular.

exactly what i was thinking, ubisoft got by far the best deal well potentially if south park sells well and thq montreal make the next assassins creed in terms of sales then massive return. relic bought by sega isnt too bad and already pre ordered company of heroes 2 from steam but guessing now there will be loads of pointless dlc just like when they were under THQ. 

Relic don't own the Warhammer 40k IP, however The Creative Assembly do already have a deal to make warhammer fantasy games.

Wow. Ubisoft got an absolute steal, surprised there weren't more bids driving up the price of that South Park game. It's basically free money for that price and I suspect a few more million dollars above that.

Can't help but feel SEGA overpaid for Relic, though. I'd have thought Volition were worth a lot more than them. Glad they're going to a decent publisher though.

I feel sorry for Jason Rubin in all this. He's really the kind of person THQ needed at the helm to help turn them around. He just needed 3 or so years to do it, not the amount of time he actually had.
