Wow. Ubisoft got an absolute steal, surprised there weren't more bids driving up the price of that South Park game. It's basically free money for that price and I suspect a few more million dollars above that.
Can't help but feel SEGA overpaid for Relic, though. I'd have thought Volition were worth a lot more than them. Glad they're going to a decent publisher though.
Is that it for Vigil then? No chance of a behind-closed-doors sale?
Must admit, I'm a little surprised not seeing Nintendo in all this, but there you go.
I feel sorry for Jason Rubin in all this. He's really the kind of person THQ needed at the helm to help turn them around. He just needed 3 or so years to do it, not the amount of time he actually had.
