I won't be made to feel guilty about eating meat. I enjoy it and a lot of meats such as chicken, turkey and fish are so good for you and taste divine. It's like being on a permanent guilt trip being alive these days. Whatever happened to just enjoying the life we've been given?

And before the inevitable "don't the animals deserve to enjoy their lives as well?!" Stuff.. Well, it's pointed out that as a meat eater without morals I'm incapable of deep or meaningful thought so I don't have to worry about that.

Question. If we where to be eating meat, why out of all the foods we can eat (Not including poison type foods etc) its the only type of food that can give us heart problems and other diseases etc etc??


We are omnivores from nature. That means our body is adapted to process meat, fruits, fish, nuts and some other stuff. We cannot process grass, leaves or even grain. Yes, we have to make meal out of grain and bake it, before we can eat it, it is a very unnatural for us.

To the diseaeses: every food is cause of some form of disease. Tomatoes increase the risk for cancer for instance. But that is always under certain circumstances. So some people may get problems from meat, others from fruits ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fructose_malabsorption or http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hereditary_fructose_intolerance ). Mostly you get only problems for eating too much of it, that is a problem of modern society.

Eating meat is as natural as eating fruits and much more natural than eating bread. I'm sympathetic to the ethical argument behind veganism, but veganism is not more natural or more healthy than eating meat (and also not less).

Eating meat is nothing we can be proud of people. there is NO WAY we need to eat meat.

 

I stopped not that long ago, and have NO intention at all to go back to it.

 

its a disgrace what we are doing to animals...



I officialy know too much now.

Fight animal abuse not meat eaters.

I just hope if aliens ever do decide to visit us they dont think like you in the bolded parts.

As for the rest its good you at least care how the animals are killed xD.

We don't eat aliens that think that way. We have enough animal predators, that might kill and eat human (mostly kids, adult humans are often too big to be attacked). So, what do you think: is a lion a morally bad animal?
