I think that the fireworks exploding was to lead everyone to believe that they had sex.  I always though in the old movies (especially the Connery ones) that it seemed like Bond and Moneypenny probably had sex once or twice and that's why that heavy flirtation existed.  I do think that if James and Moneypenny were shown in bed together that it would be wrong though... 

Really? I always thought Moneypenny didn't let James too close because being in M's office she knew full well how much of a "player" Bond is but that she enjoyed the flirting nonetheless.

haha,good question,i think bond would have been pretty strong not to give it to moneypenny it looked like she wanted it to me

The movie for me is a 7/10, nothing OMG, but I hope lots of people go to see it so they can give their money to Sony muahahahaha! XD

I loved the film.

From Q, to M(s), to the gritty story and the bi-sexual Bardem, it was just great. Honestly, since these are the James Bond films I'm more or less growing up with (I'm just ignoring Brosnan's last couple of films) Skyfall and Casino Royale are finding their little corners in my heart. I'm going to look at them with rose-tinted glasses when I'm 30.

Was brilliant except for the cheesy britishy bits, which unfortunately took over for the last 3rd of the film - and the annoying britishy token black woman love interest.

Obviously better than anything with Brosnan in, but that's not difficult. Not a patch on casino royale.

I'm not sure why they tried to make him look old, he's only about 42-43 isn't he.
