Game 44 is a game about imprisoning lesser beings.

More specifically, the final sequence of the game is comparatively extraordinarily easy because of something involving the number 25.

...Pokemon? lol

I was trying to think of how to phrase that so the fact that it was Pokemon wouldn't be blindingly obvious. I failed

Anyway, the second line gives you the specific game I'm talking about. Which one, and what do I mean by that statement?

I realised I never made a post for Game 45.

45) Dawn of War (PC / 2004 / RTS)

This slot was originally for Dark Crusade, a sort of standalone-expansion hybrid, but this was the game that spawned it, so I suppose the original Dawn of War gets the spot. The campaign isn't terribly long, and only allows you to play as the humans, but it's still highly entertaining. The draw, however, is the multiplayer. It is considerably faster than most multiplayer RTS, and achieves this without abolishing base-building (I am looking at you Dawn of War 2).

The first expansion, Winter Assault, had probably the best campaign of the lot, though the Imperial Guard whom it adds are pretty rubbish. But Dark Crusade's expansion is by far the longest, and allows you to play as any race. It adds maps, but more importantly it adds the Necrons and Tau, two excellent races. I have certainly put over 100 hours into the games if you combine them.

Although there are other RTS higher up on the list, I will controversially say that the multiplayer here is my favourite in any RTS.

Ugh, now I'm two titles behind?

46 was Call Of Duty: Black Ops (Wii), and 45 was Grand Theft Auto III.

44 will be a title where the main character has been around for far longer than video games.

Epic Mickey!

Yep! Castle of Illusion was a good answer and may be making the list as well...

I was hoping the sequel would improve things; early reviews don't suggest that though...

I'm glad you like Epic Mickey. I think it's underrated.

It is definitely under-rated. Sadly the sequel somehow looks worse; though. 2/10 from Destructoid? 6 from IGN? Ouch.

#45 - Professor Layton & The Diabolical Box, is the best puzzle game I've ever played. I'm genuinely surprised by this franchise and glad I didn't miss out on it when I picked this up for cheap only last month. It's creative puzzles and interesting imaginative storyline together with the classy music cause you to be hooked on this game for hours at a time!

#44 - ?
You can hit everyone with basically everything from bread to coatracks on this cruiseship!

45. Okami, PS2/Wii (2006/2008) Capcom, Clover (Ready at Dawn on Wii port), last year 43

An incredibly misleading journey through the stories of the Kojiki and the Nihongi, founding mythological stories of Japan. Despite vast theological inaccuracy and the games often-repetitive combat, this game ends up being endlessly charming between its mythic art style and Zelda-esque characters and the wide variety of techniques you are given to make the repetitive combat somewhat thought-provoking.

Number 44, a controversial launch title of the 6th generation, it's franchise's first proper foray into 3D, the sections with a cat were especially disliked.

Sonic Adventure!

Too easy, i guess. I should have left out the part about the cat

frooogggggyyy??? where are you????

best dialogue in a game ever, sadly too hard to type in his.... "special" type of accent.

45. Fat Princess (PS3)

Cake please! One of the most charming and disturbing PSN releases over the last few years. My friends and I spent 2 nights in a row playing this game nonstop in team effort. This doesn't count the months of playing nothing but Fat Princess @_@ While some people may argue the game is sexist, the princess has managed to do well enough to secure a spot in the PABR game being released soon.

44. This game was one of the games that was supposed to save the PS3 when it released. In some ways, it did....

Uncharted? Metal Gear Solid 4?

My next game came out in 2008 and features the host with the most!

44:

Bob: (Sounding slightly "dazed")Whoa...man...
Steve: What are you doing?
Bob: Can't you see dude? I'm surfing dude...
Steve: You are sat on the couch in your underwear.
Bob: No dude, I'm like...whoa dude, I'm surfing the music man...can't you feel it?
Steve: You are sat in your pants on my couch!
Bob: No, no, no dude. I can see the music man, I can totally see the colours of the music and I'm like riding on it on my spaceship dude, it's so friggin trippy man...
Steve: Urgh, I swear to god that's the last time I let you eat Blue M&Ms.
