That is some half assed dubstep. The ads are nicely presented though.

While there are the occasional ad campaigns that make products popular that wouldn't be popular otherwise (Old Spice, Dos Equis), most successful advertising is about reducing a product to something that can be communicated in an effective way in 30 seconds ...

Although I don't know what Nintendo is really trying to communicate, I suspect they're using these commercials to emphasize people playing games on the system in a social setting (local multiplayer) and the Wii U controller being used to create new gameplay experiences; and if I am correct I think these ads are very effective.

I like the visual effects. That screenshot shows the real life vs CG parts. The giant U at the end was cool too :B

I’m baffled at how you can vigorously defend the NSMB U commercial but not like the hardware commercial, even though they are essentially the same commercials, the only difference being one focusing more on ONE game, while the other focuses on the Hardware.

I could only assume that you like Mario but hate Wii U. But if that’s not true, what is your logic?
