Considering the very large core gamer fanbase on the PS3, combined with the PSVita sales (although small) i think this game can manage 6 million or more LTD. it all depends on how Sony advertises this though.
I'm definitely getting it. I played the Beta on my PS3, although i don't feel that it is as good as SSBB, but still very fun non the less. characters feel very unbalanced imo :p

Knowing Sony this will be bundled sometime down the road so it should reach at least 2.5 million LT

The case against legs is that legs are based on a title being a must have part of a console, released early enough in the console's life to go along with it, and a sequel not being released. Why it may not have legs is that the PS3 is towards the end of its life cycle, with the PS4 supposed to be on the horizon. A basic rule is you release a new franchise early in the life cycle of the console, in order to get the needed sales.

Will All-Star sell more than all other fighting games on the PS3? I see Tekken 6 clocking in at over 2.4 million:
