The lag.

It's laughably slow which makes it feel so unprofessional. I can't go into the Playstation Store anymore because the lag pisses me off so much.

Calm down drama queen. If there is an issue its bound to get fixed.

It looks nice BUT it's alot harder to find stuff :/.

It is a shame the new store didn't operate as expected and had to get pulled after launch and delayed in North America. I'm guessing there are still countries with the new store or did they relaunch it? I can't wait to check it out, hopefully they iron out whatever problems caused the lag or disconnects they discovered in various regions. Personally I liked the PS store last year more than right now, the instant game collection altered PS Plus in a bad way on the store. They buried content, though visually improved it.

The new store looks amazing. Do all titles have background image treatment? At least the PS3 titles or are even PSone classics getting full attention for those awesome backdrops? The search looks nice, it is the same one from the PS3 Video Unlimited app.

Before the PS3 everyone was nice to me :(

The old store was extremely slow it's first week as well. Somewhat to do kinks, but also due to serverload.

I prefer the new one slightly.

Some things they need to fix though are the sound effects, animations and the lack of the release date being displayed on the icons. When searching for latest content I don't know how old it is and whether I'm searching through stuff I had already searched through last week.

Yeah, I know. It's as if the store was developed by Bethesda.

maybe this is what they've been up to on the PS3 instead of fixing Skyrim.

That's my worry too. Maybe it is just a learning curve or it relies too much on using the search engine. The tile set up reminds me too much of the Metro 360 dashboard and Windows 8 but with great backgrounds and larger tiles. I also like how they list the actual content. As long as they don't integrate this kind of set up with the OS, they better keep the XMB for the PS4, greatly enhanced though.

I really like the new stores direction. It obviously has things that need to be ironed out, but that never ends on a growing platform. Bringing movies and games together is a great direction, and something I hope to see pushed even further. SEN should be a network platform, and I think games, movies, music, photos, and books should all be accessible through one porthole. Hopefully they will go in that direction.

One thing that gets me though is how they still can not make a standard platform across all of their devices. They had a good direction going with XMB, and now they have lost direction again. I don't understand how Playstation Mobile took 2 years to launch from being announced, and now it is in an obsolete form. Why not wait and make one SEN across all devices. Could they not make SEN a single app, and then allow access to content based on hardware. They should be able to tell what device is being used, and the compatible content should be displayed.

Stop hate, let others live the life they were given. Everyone has their problems, and no one should have to feel ashamed for the way they were born. Be proud of who you are, encourage others to be proud of themselves. Learn, research, absorb everything around you. Nothing is meaningless, a purpose is placed on everything no matter how you perceive it. Discover how to love, and share that love with everything that you encounter. Help make existence a beautiful thing.
